492,693 sq/ft of new construction with two buildings containing 304 residential unts, 293 key hotel, 17,000 sq/ft of retail space, 14,000 sq/ft of innovation space and parking for 640 vehicles.

Lifetime Fitness Center Burlington, Ma.

Completed Summer 2018

This project consists of over 100,000 sq/ft new construction of an upscale fitness center, outdoor pool, health club, yoga studios, indoor pools and lounge. Averill Electric provided all electrical, communications, lighting controls, security and fire alarm systems.
